Agreement

By using VibeCodeIdea, you agree to these terms. VibeCodeIdea is operated by Rabbiico Pty Ltd, an Australian company. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

VibeCodeIdea is an AI-powered tool that generates project ideas based on your inputs. We provide idea generation, build guides, community features, and developer tools. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
  • One account per person — no shared or automated accounts

Content you create

You own the ideas, showcases, and comments you create on VibeCodeIdea. By making content public, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. You can delete your content at any time.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Post spam, harassment, or illegal content
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Use the service to generate harmful or malicious content
  • Scrape or bulk-download content from the platform
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Pro subscription

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

API usage

The VibeCodeIdea API is subject to rate limits. Free accounts receive 3 requests per day, Pro accounts receive 100 requests per day. Exceeding limits or abusing the API may result in key revocation.

Limitation of liability

VibeCodeIdea generates ideas using AI. We do not guarantee that generated ideas are original, feasible, or free from intellectual property conflicts. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any ideas you choose to build. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
